You can also use the keyboard shortcut Win+Shift+S to open the Snipping tool.
Step 1
Click the Search button from the taskbar area at the bottom.
Step 2
Type Snipping Tool and then choose it from the results.
Step 3
Click the Record option the record your screen as a video. Please update Windows 11 if you do not see the option to record your screen.
Step 4
Click Start to begin screen recording. When you stop your recording,
the Snipping Tool will save it as a video.
